O. Kayode & Co. is a law firm founded in Lagos in 1996 by Omolara (Lara) Kayode. We advise domestic and international clients on intellectual property, corporate and commercial matters, trade advisory, and debt recovery.

From our office in Lagos (Ikeja), we serve clients across Nigeria. Our associate network extends across sub-Saharan Africa, reaching ARIPO and OAPI treaty countries and jurisdictions including Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Cape Verde, and Sierra Leone.

Nigeria sits outside both ARIPO and OAPI. Protection obtained through those regional systems does not extend to Nigeria, and a separate national filing and enforcement strategy is required. We are the local counsel of choice for international firms navigating that landscape.
